Yesterday I went shopping. I bought 159 SPACES with yield or important future value. The people buying them will be able to make a big capital gain either by reselling or by renting them.

Knowing rather well the French market, I did not hesitate. I will place here the spreadsheet with the reasons for these choices and the names of the locations so that everyone can already see some of the property of the Foundation.
As a matter of principle, I also privilege the quantity in order to be able to transmit to more people after rather than the price.

This does not prevent the quality of my choice. 1 example: 4 Spaces on the Great Stables of Versailles buy 200SPH Space, or Encore 13 Spaces in the Gardens of Versailles always at the same Price, or the National Library of France.
