I think at some point SU would benefit if the users could cut their Spaces into pieces and create second-level Space bundles from Space pieces.
Second-level Space bundle can contain any number of Spaces and any number of parts of Spaces.

This way it will be a product that fits to the landscape. One could buy Spaces for just his or her land.
